Easy Sky CC, located in Gunwi-gun, Daegu, started the TIGER PAY service developed by golf technology company AGL in October. Tiger Pay is a golf course high-pass system that automates all cumbersome procedures when using a golf course, from reservation management to built-in registration-check-in, locker issuance, and automatic payment processes, through a non-face-to-face and mobile system. With the introduction of Tiger Pay, golfers who want to play a round at Easy Sky CC can check in in advance by simply registering a payment card on their smartphone without having to go through the front desk. In addition to the companion invitation function, when you arrive at the golf course at the tee-off time, a locker is automatically issued to your smartphone. When you finish your round, the amount is automatically paid from your pre-registered card, allowing you to leave the golf course comfortably without any hassle. Tiger Pay is evaluating that this non-face-to-face automated service has increased the repeat visit rate through not only customer satisfaction but also a convenient user experience. It also emphasized the effect of increasing work efficiency and strengthening service competitiveness by reducing employees' early and night shifts. AGL CEO Jim Hwang said, “We are honored to open the Tiger Pay service at Easy Sky CC, which aims to be a premium golf course in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk region, and we will continue to provide operational support and service improvement.” Sources : Traveltimes (https://www.traveltimes.co.kr) |
